20 MINUTE PALEO GRANOLA
Ingredients:
⅓ cup chopped dates
½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
2 tbsp chia seeds
1 ½ cup GF rolled oats
1 cup puffed quinoa
2 tbsp almond butter
¼ cup melted coconut oil
1 tbsp pumkin pie spice (or cinnamon)
2 tsp raw honey
1 tsp vanilla
Preheat oven to 325. In large bowl mix together all the dry ingredients EXCEPT the puffed quinoa. In a small bowl mix together all the wet ingredients. Once the wet is fully combined and melted pour over the dry ingredients. Mix well and lay onto cooking sheet. Cook for 8 minutes, take it out stir, cook again for another 7 minutes. Once mixture is done cooking pour hot granola back into the large bowl and add in the puffed quinoa mix well. For best storage keep in fridge!
